Say hello to my lifesaving kids collection oil. Seriously this one is a God send!

Mr Blue...Rescuer. And oh so aptly named. This blend contains some of my favourites, copaiba, spearmint & lavender. 💙

Mr Blue is the kids equivalent to IceBlue, and I def wasn’t expecting to be in my top 5 most used oils. 🖐🏻

In my house we use this nightly for little growing legs. Agnes wakes up crying most nights and it’s always “the blue oil” to the rescue. 🦸🏻‍♂️

Copaiba on its own has soooo many benefits and it’s always in my handbag! Lavender is the calm, for emotions and all things skin. And spearmint...the oil of speech, empowering boldness of tongue, aiding tummy upsets and adding a little wake up peppyness. 👊🏻 What a bold trio.

I love this blend. Just love it. Also love that in the middle of the night I can reach for it on my night stand and rub it on little legs without worrying about diluting.

One of the things I love about using essential oils for their therapeutic benefits is that if one combo isn’t working, there’s always another option. 🧐

Last week I could barely move my arm, my shoulder was aching up so much. At work I had to use my shoulder as a phone holder, which wasn’t helping. And when I got home the girls wanted to be picked up & cuddled.

My normal go to for any massive discomfort is copaiba. It was my first “ah ha” oil that brought instant relief. But it wasn’t touching my shoulder last week. I’d tried IceBlue too. No change. I got to the point I even had to take some pain meds while at work just to get through the shift.

Coming home those drugs were wearing off & so I headed to my oils box to see what other option I could try.

PasteTense is a blend of wintergreen, lavender, peppermint, Frankincense & other herby oils...and to the honest I don’t like the smell of it much. 🤷🏻‍♀️ What’s new. 😂

Lemongrass is wonderful for all things inflammation. It’s my go to in place of IceBlue when I have aches and I’m also cuddling children...(kids aren’t massive fans of wintergreen).

And you know what...these two little bottles got me through the rest of the day & the night too!

I love that we have options. And that if you don’t like something there’s always another option to try!

I love these kids blends!! 😍

The Purple blend Calmer contains lavender, cananga, buddha wood & roman chamomile all diluted to perfection for little people use. 💜

And while these are all emotionally calming oils, I often use lavender and roman chamomile for calming other things...like stings from stinging nettles!!

Very thankful for a bottle of this out in the sheep yards today. Not sure my girls have had to avoid nettles so high before. 🤣 They will next time!!

Today I’m mixing it up with Tangerine & Basil! 😍

✌🏻2 drops of each on the floor of the shower for the steam to do the work of diffusing!

I normally stick with the EasyAir classic, but I’ve got some extra time this morning & want to enjoy rather than just wake up. 🤣
