URGENT HOUSING NEEDED – WHEELCHAIR-FRIENDLY HOME FOR 83-YEAR-OLD GENTLEMAN

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out on behalf of a lovely 83-year-old client of mine who is currently in urgent need of housing.

I’ve been assisting this gentleman in packing and transitioning, and he’s now temporarily staying in a motel but needs to vacate by tomorrow. He’s fiercely independent, uses a wheelchair, and is looking for a safe, accessible, and wheelchair-friendly unit or house to call home.

About him:
• Reliable tenant
• No pets
• Very independent and respectful

What he’s looking for:
• Budget: Up to $400 per week
• Preferred location: Peninsula area (Umina, Ettalong, Woy Woy), but open to anywhere on the Central Coast
• Accessibility needs: Wheelchair accessible (no stairs, step-free entry, ideally accessible bathroom/kitchen)
• Timeline: Immediate or urgent availability

FREE Mobility Aids – Must Go by This Friday (Erina)

I’m helping a client move and he has several mobility aids he’d love to pass on to people in genuine need:
• 2 Mobility Scooters (both come with chargers and everything needed — client says they work fine)
•. 1 electric chair
• 1 Wheelchair (good condition)
• 1 Walker with seat
• Multiple walking sticks (good condition)

Pickup is from Erina and needs to be done by this Friday.

Please share with anyone who could benefit. First come, first served — must be able to collect.
