At the age of 70, Charlie Chaplin made a remarkable statement with profound wisdom.

Here are some excerpts from that letter:
"When I began to love myself, I understood that I am always and in every situation at the right time and in the right place and that everything that happens is right. Since then I have been able to be at peace . Today I know that's called TRUST.

When I started loving myself, I realized that emotional pain and suffering were just warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today I know that's called AUTHENTICITY."

These words of Chaplin remind us to love ourselves, be authentic and live in the present. A wisdom that remains valid even today. Offer you from now on, every DAY, more and more love, regardless of the opposition of your whining ego.

You are not "enough", YOU ARE EVERYTHING! You, who are reading now, how are you doing with self-love?
