Today we got it done with two angel boys on the gym floor. This time for me is non negotiable and I’ve CHOSEN to make time for it.

I work. I rush. I forget everything. I stress. I am tired.

But I do it. Because I am a priority too. And so are you xx

STRUCTURE 💥

Slowly getting proper strength back post babe number two. It’s been hard to stay motivated considering we have basically been in lockdown since Sonny was 1 week old, minus a couple of weeks in the middle.

Grateful to have my own MOVE WELL to follow at home. Literally read the program, do the program, reap the rewards. The structure is my favorite element. Otherwise you just end up doing the things that are the easiest for you, creating imbalances and not building a base.

MOVE WELL. FEEL WELL. LIVE WELL. 😜
