Yes, life is a challenge sometimes but believe that you are a human, like everyone else, still alive on earth for your own unique purpose. Your," LIFE MATTERS - YOU MATTER." Believe in yourself and life, is found within. By having, "FATH," there is always, "HOPE." Never Neglect the most important person, "YOU,"

*Self-Care first to be able to have the equal and quality unconditionally LOVE to give to yourself and others. My Personal Soul Expression through my own creative art of music&dance, story writing, exploring nature, etc, has always being a big part of my, natural life medicine, which tells a story of my life. Dance is another great way of keeping fit and staying healthy, plus it's great for our overall, well-being. After finding myself hitting rock bottom mentally, I reconnected to love for my culture, music&dance, variety of visual creative art, explore nature, fitness, and sports. This was the only way I felt comfortable, safe, and secure to express myself to feel the feelings of life learning experience through the Art of my own Creation. Wow, that feeling you get when you do something you love and are passionate about, your soul lifts, and you create the beautiful real divine you. And the smiling tears of joy just to be grateful for my life's existence on this, planet. I won't lie, at times there are, some tearful moments, through my dance, natural wonders, fitness, etc, just to release the pain of my life traumas, but hey it's ok not to be ok, I'm still breathing, I'm alive, living life at best I can, and I am beyond, "grateful." Believing in myself and taking some time to be alone I looked deep into, life in general by more observing and listening I gained so much, clarity, inner strength, and courage to find myself again, wanting to thrive towards more in life for my, life goals and dreams. Living life in the present moment, living it up and just allowing my soul to teach me and show me the way, and know that my FAITH is all that I need right now, and knowing God, Universe, my Dad, my Accessors, and my Soul, are my Life Guards, Guiding me for, eternity. The Power of my Soul Desire of helping myself and others who may need a bit of motivational support, because I know how it feels to be LOST in this human ruled Society that we live in, just belong & be free. We each hold the" KEY," to reach," our full life's potential Future." "CHOICE," is within one's of SELF-DRIVE. Find the Motivation for your journey, Fuel up, and Drive to your Life's Destiny.

Why not, try and allow yourself to feel at peace and free to express yourself through the creative art of music/dance, poetry writing, storytelling, digital art, etc. To me, Music beats are like medicine for my life, as I tune inwards and allow the beats of the music to move my body as though I am dancing to my own heartbeat. Feeling the positive vibration of the music electrifying my mind, body, and soul as I move my body teaches me about life. For Nature, I call it my, Source of Wisdom, where my soul regenerates power of Self-Control, which is my safe and secure space and time for me to reconnect with myself, God, Universe, Earth, and all my spiritual guides. Exploring and connecting with nature motivates and inspires me to take a break, rest my mind, body, and soul and allow the natural, "Wisdom of Life," to guide my, "Soul to its Life calling." The life truth seeker that I am I believe the human body is connected to the earth from the very moment we are created and the first breath of life we take of existence. We are all, natural human automatic magnetic machines connected in some way to every human and everything with the;
"FORCE OF THE UNIVERSAL ENERGY OF LIFE, ITSELF." Well, what do know, but what my soul teaches me and express my knowledge and understanding of the individual human, that I am within my own self-Belief of life. I imagine myself, like a free-spirited bird flying freely, and the feeling of the "Heavenly Universal touch of, "UNCONDITIONAL LOVE," through my self created Art Medicine, executing my entire being with full;
"POWER & CONTROL OF MY LIFE," and a sense of belonging to myself and this planet earth we as visitors, call home. "WOW, Breath now, child of Love, exhale FEAR and inhale LOVE." That is what my self-expressive creative art, make me feel,

" MOTHER'S UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR HER CHILDREN." A Mother of two amazingly beautiful sons with souls of their own unique beauty gives me so much inner strength to, " LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY," giving my very, best to be the best that they want and need as a mother. You see, my eldest son was born 26 weeks premature, he made it to his 22nd birthday living a beautiful healthy lifestyle, till he confronted another LIFE challenge,
"Mental Illness," in early 2020 the same month when COVID-19 hit the Globe, my son found himself so lost and terrified of what was happening to him spending 3 months in the hospital was like a reminder of when he was born spending 3 months in the hospital when he entered into this world, physically. "The strength and courage this kid should me inspired me to be the strongest mother he could ever ask for,
"HE IS A ROLE MODEL TO ALL YOUNG AND OLD WITH A HEART OF AN OLD SOUL, THIS KID I AM PROUD TO CALL MY SON -
DABU MERE MOMORO - DABU The BABY DUGONG Innocence of the true toughness within all layers of his life his content unique being is a blessing in my life as well as his little brother who stood by me and his dad to support his brother whenever, needed. Why Dugong? Because it represents me, my culture, and my ancestral history. It is a beautiful natural sea creature with such unique tough and strong layers of features of its life, with a free-spirited nature. Dabu is like a dugong "A reminder of his grandfather - My late Father. My son's nature reminds me of my father. So humble and wise." For I am my father's daughter, Dabu is his mother's Son. One blood, together we are one, together we fight simply to exist to, live life. LIFE ART IS YOU - LIFE IS LOVE - LOVE IF LIFE - YOU ARE THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE
