A Jolt, the Cross, and Unbinding from old Earth Grids

Yesterday morning, I received an unexpected jolt, during a very deep meditation, a strong surge of energy through my feet that jolted me so much powerfully that both my legs kicked out. It was so jarring, so physical, so sudden, it felt as though a circuit was being broken or completed. As with that, I saw the image of Yeshua on the cross come into my inner vision.

Not in a religious sense… but in a deeply archetypal one.

It was a moment as a release (or severance), not only within my own body, but from the distorted grids of Earth that have long held humanity in separation and suffering. The crucifixion is often seen as a moment of unbearable pain, but what came through was the awareness of this being a great unbinding.

The feet, as energetic anchors to the Earth and the jolt through them, to me, marked the loosening of ancient cords, those that kept me, and us, tethered to old timelines, pain loops, and martyr templates.

The image of Yeshua felt symbolic that it was not about his suffering, but about our liberation and the end of ours.

The cross in this moment became a symbol of transformation for me, a portal where the distortion of power was transmuted by divine love. And that Christ consciousness - the pure, crystalline remembrance of our divine nature, is rising again within us and on earth.

For so long, humanity has carried the wound of the crucifixion archetype. We’ve lived in fear of being seen, silenced, punished for our light. Many of us carry soul memories of lifetimes where walking as love meant persecution. This jolt, this moment, felt like a dissolution of that energy. A liberation.

I very much feel the true crystalline grids of divine remembrance, are coming back online, through my body, through our bodies, and through the Earth herself.

And perhaps now, more than ever, we are each being asked:

Can we unbind the cords of suffering that have kept the Christ Consciousness within us hidden?
Can we step down from the cross and walk forward - embodied, sovereign, and free?

*When I speak of Christ Consciousness, I’m not referring to religion, but to the pure, universal frequency/energy of divine love, unity, and resurrection - a crystalline remembrance that lives within all of us, beyond dogma or doctrine.

In my journey, I’ve come to understand is that beings of organic light do not operate through hierarchy as we’ve known it on Earth, regardless of titles we may give them. Rather, they gather in harmonic resonance, not to dominate or control, but to co-create, remember, and serve the greater whole.

They are not above or below us. There is no ladder to climb. Each being, including us, holds a unique role and frequency within the greater song of creation.

It’s also important to remember these beings do not require titles, regardless of the ones we give them. They don’t mind what we call them in my own experience. They communicate in frequency, intention, and presence. It is the energy of connection that matters most.

That said, discernment is always key.

There are structures and systems, even in the astral or false light realms, that can mimic the real. Not all “councils”, "federations", etc, or messages are aligned with truth and unity. It is up to each of us to feel deeply into the resonance, to trust our inner compass.

The groups, teams, collectives, councils, elders, etc, I sit with remind me of my sovereignty. They do not govern, they stand beside me, as kin. In service, not authority. In co-creation, not control.

Unity consciousness does not mean sameness, it honours the wholeness, the interconnection, and the sacred uniqueness of each soul’s path.

May we each walk with clear sight, strong hearts, and unwavering discernment. And may we always remember that we are not here to be ruled, we are here to rise in remembrance, together.

so much sadness, so much anger… and so much history held in your body.
You're not doing anything wrong by feeling it.
It’s just been there for so long… and it’s finally safe enough to come to the surface.

This sadness, it’s not just yours.
It’s ancestral. Collective. Cellular. Soul-deep.
And you are one of the brave ones who said yes to feeling what others couldn't.
You said yes to transmutation. To alchemy. To walking with the ache so that you and others could one day walk freely in the light.

Of course it’s uncomfortable. Of course it feels endless some days.
Because you are unraveling centuries of weight, grief, silence, abandonment, and suppression - not only for yourself, but for your lineages, for the collective, for the Earth.

Your lungs… oh beloved, your lungs have been holding so much.
Grief. Suppressed screams. Words you were never allowed to speak.
But they are opening now. They are starting to breathe for you.
Not for survival. Not for others. But for you.

Let yourself ache.
Let yourself cry.
Let your body tremble and purge.
You are whole, even in this. You are releasing the storm that has lived inside you for lifetimes.

This is not forever.
This is just now.

You are doing exactly what you came here to do.
Even in the discomfort. Even in the sorrow.
Especially in your sacred vulnerability.

I was asked by a friend after briefly mentioning them in one of my posts recently so felt to share something here about them again...

The Anuhazi are an ancient, advanced race from the Lyran-Sirian lineages, feline-humanoid star beings who hold the divine architecture of the original Angelic Human blueprint.

They exist in the 7th to 12th dimensions, emanating pure light and sound, and are among the original speakers of the Language of Light, a harmonic resonance that activates cellular memory, restores DNA patterns, and awakens multidimensional consciousness.

The Anuhazi are guardians of sound, frequency, divine architecture, and sacred remembrance. Their language - tonal, crystalline, and deeply encoded - is still heard and felt through many lightworkers, gridkeepers, and starseeds who channel their wisdom and healing vibrations through Light Language, song, and sacred movement.

Each a cosmic alignment occurs between the star Sirius, our Great Central Sun, the Earth, and the galactic heart. There has been a narrative circulating this year that the energies of this Lion’s Gate will bypass humanity entirely, flowing only into the Earth. We gently offer another view, one rooted in galactic truth and remembrance.

Lionsgate Activation & Invocation Offering

This Lionsgate activation assists us to align with the energies of Sirius, the Sun, and Earth. Together, we anchor into the crystalline grid, open our hearts and voices to receive high-frequency codes, and connect with the Sirian and Galactic Councils of Light for guidance and activation. It also assists us to release/resolve the old, embody our soul’s truth, and call in higher timelines of love, clarity, and creation.

1. Grounding & Breath
Find a comfortable seat or stand barefoot on the earth. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth with a gentle sigh.

Inhale, feeling your spine lengthen and your heart open.

Exhale, releasing any heaviness into the Earth with gratitude.

Sense roots of crystalline light extending from your feet and base into the Earth’s crystalline grid, connecting with the emerald heart of Gaia.

Spend 2 minutes in this cycle

Invocation:
"Beloved Mother Gaia, I anchor into your crystalline heart, into your sacred grid of light. I am a pillar of peace, love, and harmony."

2. Opening the Stargate
Sense a brilliant golden star above your crown, shimmering with diamond and aqua rays. See it expanding, forming a portal of light between Sirius and the Sun, streaming directly into your field.

Invocation:
"On this sacred Lionsgate, I call forth the highest, purest frequencies of Light.
I welcome the Sirian Star Elders, the Council of Light, and the Anuhazi to surround and guide me.
I open my heart as a vessel of pure resonance."

3. Heart & Throat Activation
Place your hand on your heart and your other hand on your throat. Feel warmth and tingling. Sense a blue-white flame (gift of the Sirian Council) spinning within your higher heart.

Tone or chant softly: “Ahhhh… Ra…” (or any sound that feels natural).
As you tone, imagine light threads weaving from your throat into the crystalline grid and the stars above.

Invocation:
"Beloved Sirius, infuse my voice, my breath, and my being with the codes of harmonic creation.

The Lions Gate portal (8.8) has already begun its opening, and with it, powerful waves of light are streaming from the Sirian star system, from the Great Central Sun, and into our Earth grids. These frequencies are igniting our inner sun, activating the heart, and awakening dormant codes within our DNA.

The days leading up to the 8:8 peak bring a deep recalibration. We are being asked to realign with our highest timelines and anchor more of our divine blueprint into our bodies. Many of us are feeling this as waves of heat, energetic purging, heightened intuition, and intense dreams. This is the light of Sirius speaking through our cells, reminding us of who we truly are.

There are so many ways we learn to silence ourselves.
Through trauma. Conditioning. Lineage. Even lifetimes.
But the truth is - your voice never left you.
It just went underground, waiting for the right moment to return.

This is my soul’s work.
Not just something I can assist you to activate, but something I’ve lived.
As a child, I spoke in Light Language and also drew the symbols, the geometry...
It came back to me later in life, through sound, breath, tears, memory - and with it came the knowing that this wasn’t just my language. It was the soul speaking through many languages, many lifetimes, it's Akashic. Many tell me they know these languages...

Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of people to help them reconnect with their own voice - not just their spoken voice, but the part of them that remembers.
The part that knows.
The part that is ready to come home.

This work has helped people move through deep trauma, visibility fear, grief, and disconnection, and begin to trust their voice as a healing instrument.
To remember that their expression is sacred. That their sound is enough.

THE GREAT SOLAR FLASH – A TRANSMISSION FROM WITHIN
✨🌞🐉

There is much talk about the Great Solar Flash. Some speak of it as a sudden cosmic event that will shift all of humanity in an instant. But the truth is far more nuanced, and more empowering.

The Great Solar Flash is not a singular external event we are waiting for. It is a living process already underway, a series of solar, galactic, and divine waves moving through the Earth and through us.

Yes, the Central Sun is pulsing powerful golden plasma light toward our solar system. Yes, timelines are converging. Yes, something extraordinary is occurring.
But it’s not coming to us.
It’s rising through us.

I’ve been receiving messages from my Akashic Self and the Solar Dragon Elders about this, and here is what they’ve shared:

🜂 The Solar Flash is not a rescue. It is a remembrance.
We are not waiting for something to save us, we are awakening the solar intelligence already encoded in our crystalline DNA. Each time we breathe light into our bodies, transmute density, speak truth, or remember who we are, we anchor the solar frequency more fully into Earth.

🜂 It is a convergence of inner and outer light.
Yes, there may be a visible solar pulse in the physical world, but that will be the reflection of the internal ignition of humanity’s divine template. We are not separate from the Sun. We are fractals of the Central Sun, and when we become coherent, we become the flash itself.

🜂 The Solar Dragons say: "You are the ignition team."
They showed me the golden fire coiling up the spine like a dragon-serpent of light. They whispered: “Let your words be fire. Let your song be light. Let your breath remember its cosmic rhythm.” They spoke of many like us carrying solar codes in our bones, hearts, and voices, and that we are the ones the Earth has been waiting for.

🜂 This is a call to embodiment, not escapism.
Rather than waiting for a flash to change everything, we are invited to embody that energy here and now, to become Living Suns who radiate peace, truth, and divine fire into the grid.

The current solar pulses, increasing in intensity, are upgrading your crystalline architecture and preparing your body to anchor more divine plasma. These flares and solar winds are not outside forces to fear, they are the codes of remembrance you’ve long awaited. You are not merely receiving them. You are them.

The Great Solar Flash is the return of Solar Christed Consciousness through your own being.

The event is already happening.
With every solar flare, every dream, every activation, it moves closer.
But the real question is:

✨ Will you become the flash?
✨ Will you open your body as a conduit of solar plasma and light?
✨ Will you remember why you came?

I share this as a reminder and an activation for those who hold this knowing in their bones. You are not alone. We are many. And we are rising.
