Slow mornings on the deck… meditation, chai, and a little card magic. Honestly, where else would you want to be?!

I’m so excited to be hosting these weekly meditation mornings on the deck at Birdsong Retreat, every Thursday.

We’ll gently slow things down with a guided meditation, share a warm cup of chai, and draw intuitive oracle cards together. Nothing fancy, just a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and feel a little more grounded as you start your day.

Something’s Afoot at Lulu Belle Therapies!!!👣🌿

I wanted to share a little update with you all, because now feels like the right time.

Last August I travelled overseas to spend time with my family. Like so many of you that I’ve spoken to, 2025 felt like a mixed bag. Some joyful times, some challenges, and a whole lot of shedding (so grateful it's nearly over)!

Being away gave me space to really reflect. I felt clear about what I wanted next and came home excited with a plan… and then I froze.

Ever been there? Unsure whether to keep going as you are or make a big BOLD change?

So I paused, trusted the process, and let things unfold.

And now, six months on, the clarity has landed. The answers are here.
It feels like time. Time for change. And I’m genuinely excited about what’s unfolding.

What’s changing at Lulu Belle Therapies

🌴 Reflexology for the SOUL will be my only 1:1 in-person offering
🌴 Thai Foot Massage (Ultra/Regular) sessions will no longer be available
🌴 Learn Reiki - Reiki training and teaching moving to the forefront
🌴 Meditation on the Deck - meditation, chai, cards, and space to just be
🌴 Upcoming workshops & retreats are quietly taking shape behind the scenes

A note about gift vouchers

All existing gift vouchers remain valid, and I encourage you to use them as soon as you can as I move into this next phase.

Intuitive Reflexologist, Women’s Advocate, Spiritual Soul Searcher

Lulu Belle Therapies is based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast; close to the Sunshine Motorway and is centrally located in the quiet suburb of Sippy Downs. Newly opened the doors in December 2017.

My name is Lucy Becks, the founder of Lulu Belle Therapies. I am a fully qualified Reflexologist (Diploma), Certified Massage Therapist (Lymphatic Drainage Massage & Aromatherapy Massage) and I am also a Certified Reiki Healer. I am a registered Professional Member of the Reflexology Association of Australia (RAoA).

My passion and purpose is to support women with their health and well-being. Too many women suffer with physical and emotional pain, and too few women take time out to relax and unwind. I want to help make a difference in the lives of these women so that they can lead a balanced, fulfilled lifestyle. I believe, with a gentle approach to healing, that beneficial results can be achieved; helping to maintain, balance and enhance general health and well-being for each and every one of my clients.
