We start the evening sitting in ceremony with ourselves, each other & mumma cacao 🫶🏾🌹
Setting intentions as we welcome in emotional healing, connection, clarity & spiritual growth.
We then guide you through a multi instrumental sound healing using mantra & sound to cleanse & clear body, mind & spirit.
The full Moon in Libra is our first full Moon and moment of release in the new astrological year. Sharing with us a powerful reminder that we are all connected. As we walk our own individual path, people will flow in and out of our journey, either uplifting or redirecting our energy. This Moon invites us to tune into which relationships truly align with our highest self and which ones may need to be released or transformed.
We finish the evening with our beautiful music of the plants and a delicious raw treat to help ground us back into our bodies.
Connected to self & the collective we are the healers of our own beautiful journeys moving with open hearts & grace towards our highest path.
A night of deep remembering body, mind & spirit.

We start the evening with a deliciously potent Cacao Ceremony setting our intentions, connecting our hearts and minds and anchoring into our sacred bodies.
We then guide you through a Transformational Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey. Finishing the evening with a nourishing and grounding roast veggie Dahl, sharing and integrating together at the end.

New Earth Breathwork is a self healing modality assisting one to connect to their natural essence, free of limitations of the subconscious mind activating the bodies natural capacity to heal and restore using the power of the breath.

- Suppressed/repressed emotions as the end product of traumatic experiences from past life, generational, prenatal, infancy, childhood, social, cultural and adult trauma all possibly resulting in the dis-eases such as stress, anxiety, depressions just to name a few!
-The bodies ability to regulate blood flow, respiratory flow and energy flow.
-Restore optimal/functional breathing
The process itself combines deeper than normal guided breathing into the heart with evocative music in a nurturing set and setting. Each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This breath de-activates the thinking pre frontal cortex area of the brain allowing the natural inner healing process of the individual to function freely and for the toxic energy accumulated in the body and psyche to be released bringing to one a unique set of internal experiences.
To change your present experience, you must decondition the emotions that influence your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. As we reclaim our inner landscape our outer world transforms 🙏

We start the evening sitting in ceremony, setting intentions with mumma cacao, a delicious medicine that opens the hearts and relaxes the mind & body. We then guide you through a multi instrumental sound healing using voice, flutes, crystal bowls, ravast, drums and the powerful earth gong.
Finishing the evening with the beautiful sounds of our resident plants and enjoying a delicious organic plant based treat.
