Hiriketiya is a bay unlike any other, a crescent of warm ocean, ancient jungle at your back, and waves that carry you back into your body before the day has even begun. Paddle out at sunrise. Let the sea hold you. Feel what it is to be fully, completely present.

Paired with the medicine of Cacao : Breath : Sound, this is a retreat that meets you in every dimension…on the mat, in the water, and in the stillness between.

Setting intentions and creating space for emotional healing, peace, clarity & spiritual growth.

This is a time of renewal and growth gently supporting personal expansion and new beginnings.

A space to open the heart, nurture love within and around you, and deepen connection in your relationships 💗

A moment to slow down in gratitude, reflecting on all you’re thankful for and honouring life’s blessings.

We then guide you through a multi-instrumental sound healing journey, supporting renewal, intuition, freedom, joy, love & transformation.

You may feel called during this time to set intentions, soften into self-care, or connect more deeply with nature and its rhythms 🌿

We finish the evening with our beautiful music of the plants and a delicious organic treat to help ground us back into our bodies.

Connected to self & the collective, we are the healers of our own journeys, moving with open hearts & grace towards our highest path.
