Sundays 9:00 - 10:00am (Hatha Flow)
Sundays 10:15 - 11:15am (Yin)

TERM PASS – from $165 | 10 Class Pass, available for purchase until 26th of October

Small but Significant

Tangible feelings of being soooo small but significant in life have been very strong lately. Possibly because the elephant on the studio wall reminds me of when I met this 🐘 under a massive 🥭 tree. Now this is not my first elephant encounter or my first feeling of being so small in this immense universe. But that day my small morality really hit me & tears of overwhelm ensued with this mammoth. Keep in mind that I was in a yoga training bubble in India so my heart was busting at the seams already. This mass creature felt warm with such gentle energy to my overwhelming feelings in my small stature in comparison. A mirror of infinite versions or perspective of life in epic and miniscule proportions.

The thing is there have been many similar, full body feels. Either in me being a mother, swimming in vast oceans, just saying no, a brief eye glance, a noticeable breath (mine or others)... I . FULLY . FEEL . IT .... A tangible energy that elates me 🧡

Jem brings over a decade of experience, heartfelt wisdom, and a beautiful down-to-earth approach to every class. Her journey began in Southern India in 2011. Since then, she's trained extensively across Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork, and more — creating a holistic practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Jem’s classes are nurturing, welcoming, and centred on helping you reconnect to yourself — body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're craving movement, stillness, or a bit of both, you'll find space to move at your own pace, listen inward, and build trust in your body.

You'll find Jem in the Fleurieu Wellness Yoga Studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays — and we can't wait for you to experience her calming, compassionate energy.

We’ve created new classes and class times to better support your needs—whether you're seeking deep restoration, energising flow, or a moment to reconnect with yourself, there's something on the mat just for you.

We’re also thrilled to introduce the beautiful Jem, who has recently joined our team. Her classes are heartfelt, grounding, and open to all levels—blending breath, movement, and presence in the most nourishing way. We’ll share more about Jem in the coming weeks.

Thank you all for being so patient with me. It's been 16 months since I've taught weekly classes. I have missed it and missed you!

The schedule is small at Old Noarlunga but I hope one of them works for you.

Each class is offered as Term Classes, 10 WEEK BLOCK (April 28th - 4th July). Casual bookings will be available for the same classes from the 28th.
