Why working with me is different:
A 1:1 mentorship is unique. I’m not like every other naturopath I have my own unique skill set that no one else is currently offering.

I combine naturopathy the physical body with womb awakening and Vedic principles.

What I have found is that mentorship’s are so much more satisfying for me as a practitioner too here’s why:
✨ firstly you have the time: in a standard model seeing everyone once for 30-45 minutes every 4-8 weeks leads to smaller changes; having more time enables real deep work to be done. There’s time to incorporate more and uncover more. It brings about such incredible rewarding growth. Invest in yourself and the universe matches it back.
✨ in a standard model people become reliant on supplements as a way forward: there’s just not as much time for them to be more self sufficient and learn complete lifestyle hacks.
✨ support and accountability are essential. Longer breaks between appointments leads to less support and accountability.
✨ the body holds great answers but so does the womb and reconnecting it. Whatever it is you are trying to achieve the body can actually help you get there.
✨ seeing people start with that deflated I can’t put up with this “symptom” “feeling” “experience” anymore and then getting excited after their first few sessions: to then looking completely different!! To realising it was what they needed to get to that next level. It’s so rewarding for me.
