My first week in Darwin has been great! Started my job on Monday, and so far so good! I think my role as a physio in the Army is going to be a challenge but a fantastic experience!

I won’t be working in a clinical setting, but will be using my skills and experience in the field, sporting tasks and some days in the health centre! I’ll learn new things and new skills, which I’m super excited about!

Jase leaves me on Saturday 🥺 to go back home To Noosa to hold the fort and look after our fur babies! I’ll miss him but remember that if you need a massage or some pain relief, he’s your man!

I’ll miss you, my amazing clients and friends! But I’ll see you on the flip side in 12 months time 💕💕💕

To my amazing clients.

First of all, I just wanted to thank you for your ongoing amazing support and for trusting your body and health in my hands!

I wanted to update you on my next adventure and ongoing journey so you’re aware of my movements!

If you’re not aware, I appointed in the Army 18 months ago as a physiotherapy officer in the reserves! I’ve been lucky enough to do many army/sporting tasks that has taken me out of the studio lately!

The latest news is I’ve been offered a full time contract with army in Darwin next year! I’ve decided to take the plunge and see what full time army life is going to be like, which means I will be stepping away from the business for 12 months! This will obviously mean that I won’t be available for appointments until 2026! I realise that I May lose you as a client to another physio or therapist but please know that if you have any questions, I’ll try and help in any way!

It was a very tough decision but I’m also very excited! I feel that this will give me a new lease of life and fill my cup up again to be the best physio I can be!

I can’t thank you enough for your support over the last 7 years.

NTLs is over for another year but I’m still out of the office for another week +.

Getting some “green” time in until the 19th March 🪖
Something a little different but keeps me motivated to just continue to learn more.

Thursday afternoon takes me back to Coffs Harbour for the 2024 NTLs that starts on Friday.

This year I’ll be working for Coolum Blue Fins Touch association. The format looks a little different this year allowing club teams to enter the best competition in Oz.

Coolum are fielding 3 teams this year, all mixed sides. Very exciting 3 days ahead.

I’m sure I’ll be busy but there’s nothing like being busy in an environment that I love, working with and on people that I respect, and in a sport that I miss!!!

🎄🎅🎄 Merry Christmas to all of my wonderful clients. Thankyou for your continued support throughout 2023.

I'm now closed for the year, travelling to Japan to spend our Christmas break, and explore this exciting country.

I'll be back at work from the 4th January.

Please stay safe throughout this silly season and I look forward to seeing you all in 2024.

I've been out of the office most of the week working at the NYC Touch footy in Kawana. Different colour for me this year but that's OK. I think blue looks good on me (for 4 days) 💙

Great bunch of guys, gals and coaching staff.

Day 3 today - big day with position games, semi finals and hopefully the big dance tomorrow 🙏

🪖 UPDATE 🪖

I'll be out of the office until 4th September as I'll be away on some Army Reserve training in Canberra.

I'm super excited to be doing this but will definitely be looking forward too getting back into things in 5 weeks time.

It's always an absolute pleasure working for Touch Singapore - TSG . This tournament was no different (just maybe a few years of age). Always so professional with their approach, coaching staff, managers and of course, the players.

Thankyou for entrusting me, again. I hope we get the chance to help you out again, keeping players on the field, playing the sport they love, representing their country.
