Hearing a variety of birth preferences and backstories face to face in a safe space is powerful.

(don’t worry - no one is ever forced to share anythign at the pool)

When it happens, it helps us understand others and learn more about our own journeys.

Instead of an algorithm feeding you more of what you already gravitate towards - you get nuance.

Instead of troll comments that can be so harsh/uninformed, you get a community of real people interacting. It allows for curiosity, respect, empathy and growth.

However you dream of birthing, I want to help empower you for it and foster a culture of women supporting each other through a time when we least need judgement.

So where did the nicknames come from?

One twin was born white and the other, red as a tomato :)

So until there birth certificate names were chosen, they were Mr Red and Mr White... and they still affectionately get these nicknames.

Very excited to announce next month’s mama aqua class for all the mums whose babies are at least 6 weeks old.

Tell your friends! Doesn’t matter if you went to pregnancy aqua 20x, once or never. You are welcome.

I forgot to take a photo of this gorgeous bunch of expectant couples!

I am always blown away by everyone’s gratitude and enthusiasm in the preparation for birth classes.

Wish I could do them more often than they fit into my schedule!

It warms my heart seeing the light bulb moments and watching everyone’s confidence for birth blossom.

It also gives me an excuse to buy delicious healthy snacks from - not that an excuse is necessary :)
