Don’t allow yourself to get that flat with yourself you have to completely switch off and recharge to get back to where you should be.

You charge your phone religiously everyday.

So how about doing the same for yourself. Recharging your body physically, mentally and showing it the care you probably give to your phone.

You buy a case, you get screen protectors, spare charging cords, power packs, insurance.

Start giving your body that kind of attention, love and support. Phones will come and go. You have yourself for ever. ♥️
