Dr Carol and I (in between caring for our loved ones at different ends of life!) have been creating more amazing parts to our next retreat. And let me say I feel this is already one transformational space! 💚

This is our fourth collaboration together and whilst each retreat has inspired, delighted and expanded us way beyond our expectations, we wanted to keep evolving with the energy. We understand it is more than us, we know when we get out of the way, the retreat always informs us of how it is to flow, what the premise is, who will say YES to themselves, and what offerings will be shared and received and so much more.

We know from the success of past retreats we could have kept it the same, however this would have produced from our limited selves, the human part of us that likes control, comfortability, predictability and attachment. (We are both Virgos!!! 😆) All the qualities that keep us stuck and resistant to change.

We know each retreat invites us into our Multidimensional nature, being curious, pioneering fearlessly into the unknown which allows us to explore, acknowledge and meet these dimensions within so we continue to evolve and are in truth and alignment. Beyond any old paradigms, which is where we meet you. 🦋

How can we meet you there, if we do not walk this first ourselves?

So, of course the theme of rebirth is a perfect expression for this evolution. 🙌

Yoga is so much more than asana - the poses. Yoga is the union of the body, mind and soul. It is conversing with your body and breath in such an intimate way. It is one of the most deepest and humbling relationships you will ever have in life. It meets you precisely where you are, not where you have been, not what is in your future, simply here and now.

Quite often through life we resist the urge to be present, we choose to be somewhere else, this practice holds the space so you may BE present, BE compassionate and BE loving, allowing all the labels, identities, stress, trauma, anxiety to melt away.

Hayley and unite our hearts to share this sacred offering and it is always so blissful and transformational in so many ways, ones we witness and also those beyond. So much gratitude for all the wonderful souls who came to share in the bliss of Sundays Restorative & Healing Harp Immersion with Hayley and myself.
I love seeing the stress and anxious tension literally melt away from everyone and leave feeling more peaceful and centred in their being.

Deep deep rest is not a luxury, it is actually a necessity to move through the world with a more compassionate loving heart. There is something sacred about being held and the vibration of sound.

I also shared a pearl of wisdom I received the day before from an amazing lady Veda Austin, who is pioneering the intelligence of water and consciousness it holds.

Over the years I have supported many children and teens who experience anxiety, overwhelm, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, trauma and fear. Each time when the energy field is cleared it allows them to experience more harmonious and happier relationships, primarily with themselves, which extends to their loved ones and friends.

The shift happens internally when we give them space to process without all the noise of fear and worry running through their minds. 🥰

As we look at beginning the school year for 2025, I am aware that for some this time is completely unbearable and you may notice certain behaviours are starting to show. This is your child's way to reach out and show they are not coping or nervous about the pending return to school. It may seem unreasonable to you or even naughty or disrespectful, it is their way of showing you how they are feeling. It may even be a perception of the pressure they place on themselves to achieve, especially for teens. There are so many factors.

If your child or teen are displaying signs that they are feeling out of control, I invite you to consider an energy healing.

All of their thoughts and emotions are carried in their energetic blue print and may feel like they are on repeat and too hard to shift. Pranic Energy Healing is a quick and effective way to clear these in their energy field allowing the flow of Prana to travel smoothly around the body and create more harmony and balance and clarity in the mind. The once erratic thoughts are replaced with a calm confidence that allows them to believe in themselves and draw on their own well of happiness. 💜

I have also observed and supported my own children - who are now teenagers! - navigate their own BIG emotions and held space for them so they too may learn from life and their choices. Not from a space of control, from a space of empowerment. Sometimes the road has been bumpy and sometimes smooth, however cultivating their own resilience is priceless. 💗

Tomorrow I return to the Chi Hub after having the most relaxing and wonderful time with my cherished ones.

I feel deeply rested, spacious, receptive and calm.

There is plenty percolating and blossoming and I am inspired to share these new offerings with you all this year. It is when we gift ourselves the space to quieten and be, may we deeply listen and hear these whispers from spirit, and then courageously move with this inspiration bringing this energy into the physical form.

My theme for 2025 is 'Galvanise'. This word landed for me prior to New Years, it was swirling around my awareness for a few days, and each time I heard it, it became louder and louder to the point I could no longer ignore it.
For me it carries the potency of change, strength, inspiration, motivation, arousal and action, all qualities that are paramount to continue the evolution of life transcending any limitations that may be on the path. Inviting more miracles, abundance, joy and wonder and opening my heart a little more.

Here are some ways I will be sharing this theme this year -

🙌 5 Restorative Yoga and Healing Harp Immersions. This nourishing space always creates immense peace and clarity in the worlds of those who attend.

🩷 One on one healings - either by distance or in person. This space warms my heart immensely witnessing the shifts in peoples lives so they may live in harmony and union with their soul.

🪶 I also know there are more expressions of this theme to arrive, so allowing space so I may receive these. Watch this space!

As I take a moment and reflect on the previous 12 months I feel so blessed and truly humbled to share the sacred space with you all, I know the miracles and blessings that have transpired from this space and the ripples of love that will continue beyond.... for this lifetime and others. 🙌

Loving words from one of the ladies from my first offering 🌸

I have had the privilege of being a part of the first A Calling Home coaching program
facilitated by the amazing Sami Howard.
I have been a strong advocate of coaching ever since I first experienced what
coaching was all about some years back, but it doesn’t mean that I have learnt all
there is to know or that I don’t fall into black holes every now and then and need
some support and guidance for me to find my way back home again.
Sami has the most wonderful way of powerfully holding and conducting the weekly
sessions. Using her intuitive skills and wide open heart, Sami was able to hold and
guide each participant to discover their own trusts and see clearly maybe for the first time what beliefs that they had been carrying around with them or stories they were holding onto that were not serving them any longer, allowing them to find peace maybe for the first time in their lives and discover a sense of joy and excitement about the future that they might not have even realised was possible. Watching the process of this happening and the discoveries I made myself was truly inspiring.
I highly recommend anyone who is curious about coaching or even if someone has
done some coaching before, to reach out to Sami. I promise you could not be in a
safer, more non-judgemental space than the one Sami holds for all her clients.
