Monthly usage statements for June were auto emailed yesterday.

The NDIS will be slightly increasing plans throughout this month to account for the CPI increase. You should notice a change to CORE budgets on your next statement.

Our contact webpage page has some new features to help you better connect with us.

We’ve made changes to how you can submit enquiries, feedback, and how we manage them.

✅ You can now submit enquiries through the contact webpage, or by logging in to the my NDIS participant portal.

When you submit an enquiry from our contact webpage you will be directed to our new Service Hub.

✅ You can securely upload any documents you need to share with us.

✅ If you submit your enquiry through the participant portal, you can also now track its status.

From Monday, 19 May 2025, the NDIS National Disability Insurance Scheme will implement a change in how funding is released for all new and reassessed plans.

Participants will now receive funds distributed in scheduled instalments known as “funding periods,” rather than accessing all the funds at the beginning of their plan.

Beware of scam emails

SCAM ALERT! 📧

We’re aware of a recent scam email being sent to participants that looks like it’s been sent from the NDIA.

This email asks you to click on a link that takes you to a fake website, asking you to login using your NDIS details and update bank account details.

❗ We will never ask you to click a link to update bank details through email, text message or direct message on social media.

If you have clicked the link in the scam email you should:

➡️ Login to the NDIS participant portal via myGov or the myNDIS mobile app, and change your NDIS login details and myGov login details as soon as possible.

➡️ Confirm that your bank details, phone number and email address are correct. If they are incorrect, contact us so we can help you update them.

It’s important to be suspicious of unexpected contact or unsolicited requests for your NDIS details.
