Reiki is a holistic healing system that works on the totality of your being, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki is easy to learn, and anyone can learn this. It is a way to connect to deeper parts of yourself, to your higher self or soul.
 
Reiki healing facilitate the natural healing ability of the body and promote a feeling of relaxation, balance, and alignment~ being in this state encourage your natural ability to continue to heal.
 
For me learning Reiki has been life changing and it has shown and taught me so much about myself and how lost I truly was. It has been a way to come back to myself, it’s been like coming back to home and discovering the light I have externally searched for was within me.
 
What can you use reiki for? Everything!!!

I always talk to my clients about you have to feel it to heal it. You have to feel your emotions & feelings to be able to work through them & heal.

Our society has taught us to push down emotions, to not bother anyone with how you are feeling. we are now having to relearn, re program our minds, bodies & energetic layers to feel these emotions instead~ this will allow us to work through them, heal them through all lifetimes, layers & levels. When you are doing the healing you are healing 7 generations before you & 7 generations after you. This work is important.

There is discomfort in growth

All your emotions are sacred even the emotions that are darker. Don’t push them down or not feel them for they are required for your growth. Your shadow self & your light are both required. We are needing both for equilibrium.

When you are ready to release them, to transmute them let them go! They don’t hold anymore power over you. If you’re not ready to release them that is fine, that just means you need to feel or work through them a bit longer. It’s all your choice.

The Solstice is endings, the endings of the past year. Everything that’s not authentic in your life will crumble and fall away.

I use this time to go within to honour myself, the year that’s been, the lessons I have learnt & also taking the time for gratitude.

I tell my kids that they can be anything they want to be but more importantly they are who they are & they are perfect just the way they are. All you have to do is be you & it really is so simple isn’t it!

Choose you, choose to show up for yourself choose what in life that brings you happiness love, peace or whatever it is you want.

Everything you seek is within you & it always has been.
