Study --- next time you're stuck in a study rut or creativity block, try an inversion... not only are they fantastic for spinal health and detoxification, they also reduce stress, boost creativity and keep you alert! Now, I'm definitely a believer in the power of coffee, but instead of reaching for that 3rd cup, try an inversion!
