Massive shout out to the amazing and highly skilled team for my incredible assessment and treatment today post comp over the weekend.
Turns out all surfing, lifting, carrying and CPR and no stretching has left me stiff and in pain with pins and needles in my arms.
Thank goodness I got so much relief from my treatment today. Thank you Osteos of Noosa! 🏄‍♀️👸❤️

We’re offering FREE nationally recognised CPR and AED training for Bendigo Bank AED recipients as well as the broader community.

Even if you’ve purchased your own Defib machine or are thinking about getting one, this training is FREE and you don’t have to be a customer of our bank.

To make it easy for you to attend we’re running both morning and evening sessions. With the added bonus of morning tea or a light supper with thanks to Bendigo Bank, and suffice to say if there’s enough interest, we can always run a 3rd session on the day.

Life-saving skills, shared knowledge, and a whole lot of community spirit.

I’m running another Express CPR & First Aid course next Monday night at Sunshine Butterflies — perfect if you don’t want to take time off work.

This is a practical, real-world session (no death by PowerPoint 😅). We focus on the skills that actually matter — CPR, AED use, choking and first aid — delivered in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Feeling so much gratitude to be part of this year’s Sunny’s Sets Ladies Surf Competition at beautiful Noosa 🌊✨

There’s something incredibly special about combining two of my greatest loves — longboarding and teaching lifesaving skills — alongside such a strong, inspiring community of women. Surfing, sisterhood, safety and sunshine… it doesn’t get much better than that 🤍

A huge thank you to the Sunny’s Sets volunteers and crew for creating such a supportive, empowering event and for inviting Queen of Hearts to be part of it. Community-driven moments like this are exactly why I do what I do.

Today’s community training session turned into a real-life emergency — and the incredible team at CWA Tewantin knew straight away this was not a drill.

Moments like this only reaffirm why giving back to our community matters so much. At Queen of Hearts Training, we proudly volunteer our time to support community organisations and help prepare everyday people for medical emergencies when it really counts.

Today we covered chest pain, stroke recognition, choking, CPR and AED use. Everyone jumped in, asked great questions, and left the session feeling confident, empowered, and ready to act if needed.

Huge respect to the CWA Tewantin team — calm, capable, and community-minded. This is why training saves lives ❤️
