Could of gotten annoyed at the two barely eaten apples the girls decided they wanted then didn’t want this afternoon 🙄

Apple & Raspberry Crumble 😋 - sure showed you girls - how’s the rest of those apples in your bellies now!! 🤪

Bloody delicious. Walnuts, almonds, cashews, macadamias, coconut, apples & raspberries 🥜 🥥 🍏

It’s offical!! I am now a certified Yoga Teacher 🧘‍♀️🙈😬 God knows how i managed through this year with everything else on my plate, but with the amazing support of my family and my teachers I DID IT!

When I started this it was so far from being the right time...but when is it ever the right time, life is hectic! It always will be. Make way for the stuff that counts, that lights you up, that makes you glow, that helps you learn and grow and challenges you in the best way!

What a journey, I have loved every minute and I am so grateful for the crew at for this amazing experience 💛💛💛

Yewww!!! 👏👏 Now...time to chill 🤣
