Our approach is rooted in traditional Qi Gong practice, and our aim is to help you realise the benefits of this ancient health and wellbeing philosophy. Whether you’re exploring Qi Gong for the first time, looking to deepen your understanding and skills or are seeking a specific health benefit, we work with you to attain the result you’re hoping for. At the outset of each session we seek to understand your specific needs and aims and then provide an hour long class of practices suited to your goals. At the conclusion, we offer further resources for you to explore in your own time, along with a recap of the exercise routine from your individualised session. We welcome one-off and repeat clientele, and are happy to join you at a location and time of your choosing, or you are welcome to join us in the quiet and calm of our lakeside studio just a short drive from Noosa.
