Behind the Scenes at Advanced Scrambler Training in Rome 🇮🇹
Deborah recently had the privilege of spending three days in Rome completing further advanced Scrambler Therapy training, this time with a specific focus on supporting people living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
She was fortunate to complete this training alongside her wonderful colleague Jennifer Gibson from Peak Pain Relief in Colorado Springs, USA. Together, they joined specialist clinicians at the European Hospital in Rome, where the training is led by Professor Giuseppe Marineo, inventor of Scrambler Therapy.
This experience went far beyond learning techniques. It involved detailed, hands-on instruction and valuable clinical insights into the highly skilled and nuanced application of Scrambler Therapy for complex pain presentations. Working directly with Professor Marineo highlighted the precision, experience and thoughtful decision-making involved in tailoring treatment approaches — particularly for conditions such as CRPS.
There was so much to take away from the experience: new perspectives, refined techniques and valuable learning that will continue to shape Scrambler Therapeutics. Deborah is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue learning from leaders in the field and looks forward to bringing these insights and skills back to Noosa to support both new and existing patients.
