Scammers are sending emails claiming a new direct debit has been set up and asking recipients to call a mobile number if they didn’t authorise it.

🚨 These emails are NOT legitimate.

If you receive one:
• Do not call the number in the email
• Do not click links or reply
• Delete the email

If the message claims to be from ANZ, you can forward it to: hoax@cybersecurity.anz.com

🔒 Remember: Stop. Check. Protect.

If you're ever unsure, contact your bank directly using their official phone number or website.

🎄✨ Christmas is coming… and our cheeky little office elf is already one step ahead!
She slipped in before sunrise, hauled in a Christmas tree (still not sure how she managed. It's bigger than she is! 🤔), and is now plotting a full festive takeover of the clinic.
