Foot and Ankle Injection Therapy Workshop Melbourne Nov 2024.
It was a pleasure to deliver this workshop with in Melbourne over the weekend.
This workshop focussed on:
US guided and non- guided
👣 Nerve blocks of the ankle.
👣 Baxter’s nerve and distal tarsal tunnel hydrodissections
👣 Plantar fasciopathy
👣 Sinus tarsi & posterior subtalar joint injections
👣Intermetatarsal neuro-bursal complex injections.

James Ferrie and I are excited to announce that we’ll be hosting a Melbourne Injection Therapy and Nerve Block Workshop, open to all podiatrists and doctors on 9th of November 2024 in Melbourne.

During this workshop, we’ll cover key techniques such as tibial, sural, and medial calcaneal nerve blocks, as well as plantar fascia, intermetatarsal, and sinus tarsi injection techniques. Additionally, you'll be introduced to the fundamentals of prolotherapy and regenerative medicine.

Lower Limb US Guided injection workshop Noosa Heads 2024 recap.
Co-facilitator James Ferrie shared his amazing and advanced depth of knowledge of MSK US fundamentals of assessment, strategy and technique of US guided injections, nerve blocks and perineural hydrodissection.

We had 4 interesting cases with live demonstrations of regenerative injections:

👣 Ankle and midfoot OA
ankle joint & medial cuneiform -navicular joint injections.

👣 Plantar heel pain syndrome
Plantar fascia enthesopathy + Baxter’s neuritis injections following tibial & sural nerve blocks.

👣 Ankle OA, ATFL damage & posterior tibial tenosynovial effusion aspiration.
Regenerative injections into ankle joint via lateral gutter and ATFL.

👣 Tibialis anterior enthesopathy
Regenerative intratendinous injections
