Classical Pilates Mastery: From Principles to Practice
Friday 22nd May | 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Join us for a movement and theory-based masterclass with Hayley Brown, designed to deepen your understanding and elevate the way you teach.

Together, we’ll explore the Classical Pilates repertoire - how it’s structured, how each exercise connects within the system and the principles that underpin the work. Hayley will guide you to see not just what we teach, but why we teach it.

We’ll also dive into the natural flow of the repertoire, the set series and how each movement layers intentionally. You’ll learn how one exercise prepares the body for the next, creating a seamless, purposeful progression that supports both your clients and the integrity of the method.

This is an opportunity for instructors to refine your eye, strengthen your knowledge and reconnect with the foundations of Pilates. Whether you’re new to teaching or years into your journey, you’ll leave with a richer understanding of the repertoire and a renewed confidence in your teaching.

About Hayley Brown:
With over 20 years in the Pilates industry, Hayley’s teaching is grounded in Classical Pilates and enriched by contemporary practice. She is passionate about helping instructors and clients alike connect deeply with the repertoire, guiding movement with clarity, intention and integrity. Hayley owns and runs a studio in Montville, where she continues to inspire and mentor others in the art of Pilates.

We’re thrilled to be bringing back our Instructor Masterclasses this year, open to all Pilates instructors.

These sessions are designed to inspire you and elevate your unique purpose, skill and teaching journey. They offer a space for education, connection and collaboration among instructors on the Sunshine Coast and beyond.

We recognise the importance of ongoing support and professional development within our industry and we truly believe that when we invest in ourselves and each other, we uplift the entire Pilates community.

These Masterclasses are open to all instructors, regardless of background or training. They’re a space to learn, share and refine our craft together.

At Noosa Flow, we believe in collaboration and in creating opportunities for instructors to grow, connect and lift one another up.

We’re looking for a passionate Pilates Instructor to teach group classes on Sundays at our Noosaville studio, with the opportunity to cover additional sessions throughout the week.

About You:
• Experienced Reformer Pilates teacher
• Diploma in Pilates (or equivalent is an advantage), or allied health professional with Pilates training
• Confident teaching group classes, with a focus on supporting each client’s individual needs, goals and movement journey
• Warm, professional and truly passionate about Pilates

Laure brings a beautiful depth of experience and a truly holistic approach to movement. Trained in classical and contemporary Pilates, as well as the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods, her teaching blends precision, flow and functional strength with deep body awareness.

Her background in Yoga, meditation and breathwork adds a grounded, nurturing quality to her sessions supporting not just the body, but the nervous system and overall wellbeing.
