You asked for it… and we’ve delivered ✨

Dynamic Mat is officially landing in the afternoons!

Over the next month, you’ll see more Dynamic Mat classes popping up on the schedule, with our very first kicking off Tuesdays at 5pm.

Step into a fun, energising 45-minute session designed to tone, strengthen and awaken your whole body. This class focuses on deep stabilising muscles while giving you a strong, feel-good full-body workout that leaves you refreshed and empowered.

Suitable for all fitness levels, these low-impact sessions blend controlled strength work with light cardio bursts to gently lift your heart rate, refine muscle tone and build endurance. We’ll incorporate small weights, bala bands and Pilates balls to add variety, challenge and that little extra spice 🔥

It’s strength, tone and energy wrapped into one vibrant class you’ll genuinely look forward to.

With small class sizes, your instructor has the space to offer personalised guidance and gentle corrections, ensuring you get the most out of every movement.

Yes, we do ✨

At our Sunshine Beach studio, we offer 12pm classes Monday to Friday.

We also run 10am and 11am classes on alternate days, giving you a few lovely mid-morning options too.

Our Sunshine classes are small and intimate, capped at just 5 people per class and are taught by the wonderful Jessie, Eliza, Renate and Laure.

Perfect if you’re looking for a quieter, more personalised practice in the middle of the day 💫🧡

There’s nothing quite like a massage with Jess at Noosa Flow. Her treatments go far beyond simple relaxation, they are a deeply therapeutic experience, designed to leave you feeling restored, grounded and moving through life with ease.

✨ Meet Jess
Jess is an exceptional Myotherapist with over a decade of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy in 2010, alongside a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, and has since worked across a range of clinics, continually refining her craft and depth of knowledge.

Jess understands the profound impact a thoughtfully delivered massage can have on your overall wellbeing. Each session is carefully tailored to your individual needs, drawing on techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, stretching and cupping. Together, these methods help calm the nervous system, release tension, improve circulation and support your body to feel its best.

With a genuine passion for muscles, movement and long-term wellbeing, Jess is committed to helping you stay active and continue doing what you love.
