If there is one thing I wish for everyone it would be to find joy and purpose in your work. I am so blessed to be able to truly say that every day I wake up I look forward to going to work.

It's not to say it's been easy everyday, it certainly has its challenges and there will always be challenges but the thing that has me push through the obstacles is knowing that me loving what I do brings so much to others.
Loving my job, acknowledging the responsibility I have to my staff and turning up in my power for my clients is something that I don't take lightly. I feel honoured everyday.

To see the growth of the business since 2018 is remarkable but also humbling because I know that while I may be the face of Sacred Body it's success is because I have the best people in my corner.

It is such an honour to have people in my treatment room that trust me so much that they can't help but surrender into their treatment. And equally as honouring is knowing that I have a team that has full trust in my ability to lead them.

This gets me out of bed everyday, I want the same for everyone, no matter your job.
