Nestled in beautiful Doonella, Oasis Hub provides Bowen Therapy, Biofeedback and Pilates to the Community. Bowen Therapy is an gentle but effective method of bodywork which encourages the body to repair, rebalance and realign. Bowen Therapy can provide relief of pain and symptoms such as migraines, neck restrictions, sciatica and back pain, hip imbalance, knee and ankle injuries, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunction, RSI, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and much more. With extensive experience as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, Natalie is also a Diploma qualified Pilates instructor, Menopause Coach and Scar tissue therapist. Natalie specialises in Jaw/TMJ dysfunction and Hormonal symptoms. Peter is a fully qualified Bioresonance Biofeedback Practitioner and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Kinesiology. Bioenergetic sessions help you to identify and release patterns of stress held in the body. Stress can take the form of mental or emotional stress, environmental stress such as radiation or chemicals, parasites and infections, poor diet or lifestyle, lack of exercise, overwork and fast pace life. All of these things are able to accrue relatively undetected throughout our lifetime until they manifest as anxiety, depression, and symptoms of chronic disease. Bioenergetics can help step you back towards the path of wellness.

At 2 days of age he’s already been in for his first Bowen session to help with some settling in symptoms, and Mum’s had some post birth recovery work done too.

We’ve had lots of babies (and mumma’s waiting for their babies to arrive earthside 🦋💓) in the studio this month 🥰🥰

Since retiring from midwifery around 15 years ago, Nat loves seeing so many Mum’s and babies in the clinic.

Bowen Therapy is such a beautiful treatment for so many pregnancy related issues from back hip and pelvic pain, shoulder and neck stiffness that comes with pregnancies postural changes, reflux symptoms, sciatic, carpel tunnel and even just to calm the nervous system down. Nat works with women from pre-conception through to helping prepare the body for birth and post natal recovery.
And YES! 🙌 we do have a belly pillow so you are able to lie on your tummy for your session 💓

We’re also able to offer professional advice about mineral salts which are essential to correct some of the mineral deficiencies needed to grow a healthy baby and to ensure that our Mumma’s are balanced and well throughout the pregnancy and well into motherhood.

It is powerful enough to be used to treat acute sporting injuries, and gentle enough to be used on newborns, children of all ages, frail and elderly clients and is safe for pregnant women. Bowen really is a treatment that helps people remain well and free of restrictions throughout their lives. Trained in the Bowtech Technique, Hormonal Symptom Release and Mcloughlin Scar Tissue Release technique, Bowen Therapist Natalie Stanicic is passionate in her desire to see an improvement in the lives of sufferers of Chronic Pain.
