If I had to choose one beautiful space in Noosa to teach yoga, it would be at Shambhala Yoga Shala in Doonan - it's serene and quiet, with a great outlook, feeling into the elements and a nice vibe and close to everything but on an organic farm .... perfect right?!

Well it's been over a year since I took a break from teaching and am so delighted to announce that I'M BACK!!

Every Wednesday at 9-10.30am. I'm so looking forward to growing into the space and seeing who arrives ..... 🌷🌻🌷🌻

This beautiful being has left his body. Such a joyful and sweet presence. Always remembered and loved.

Many of you felt his patient presence in the yoga studio. The gentle greeter who always knew when it was finished and time for wet nose kisses.

Always worth the climb ....to sit on the top & enjoy the morning magic show. I sure did resist that dark rising .... then the moonlight led the way up and out burst this day!

Interesting to observe my resistance and how easily forgotten when in the company of sweet friends & nature’s calling. Aaaaah!

A glorious morning of ocean goodness. Energy rebounding through me all day from this precious immersion in nature. Beautiful start to 2021 and I hope we can all experience nature’s bounty.

Slow Flow Yoga: 3 spots left for class tomorrow - Tuesday 16th June 7am - 8:15am

Class will focus on function of gluteal muscles including extension, abduction, adduction plus external & internal rotation of the hip joint.
