Posture isn’t just something to think about when we’re sitting! It’s all day, every day 💙
It’s how you stand at the kitchen bench.
How you carry your baby on your hip.
How you feed, scroll, drive, work and sleep.
Small positions, repeated often, can either support your body… or slowly add tension over time.
✨ Think tall but relaxed
✨ Soften your ribs and stack them over your pelvis
✨ Share the load (swap sides when holding little ones!)
✨ Take movement breaks — your body loves variety
Posture isn’t about being “perfect” — it’s about awareness and giving your nervous system and joints the best environment to function well.
