It feels like forever since I've posted here... But wanted to share with you how amazing the oils have been in helping my healing process after my motorbike accident.
Will share my story/journey more soon, just focusing on healing at the moment.

This is literally 2 days between photos of my sternum fracture wound... Bruising almost gone and scab is healing nicely.
Just been using Helichrysum Touch on it multiple times a day.

Do you wash your fruit & veges after you buy them?
I never used to pre kids. Now I always do!

We ALWAYS should, especially if not buying organic (& even if you do)
The sprays used on our fruit and vege is insane, not to mention the amount of hands that touch them while packing, bugs, dirt & grime etc.
A simple way to do a vege wash is with a tiny sq**rt of On Guard Cleaner Concentrate & some Lemon Essential Oil, soak in the sink and pat dry
Lemon oil on its own works great too 😉👌🏻
You will not only have super clean fresh produce but you will also notice a huge difference in shelf life & freshness, win win 👏🏻

No truer words spoken!

Investing in our health should not be viewed as an inconvenience, chore or non necessity!
It is essential!

If we choose not to invest in our health and wellness now, we will be forced to make time for our illness later, it's that simple.

All too often i hear people say "oh I can't afford that essential oil", "those multivitamins are too expensive", "I don't have time to go for a walk", "that meditation class is a waste of money"
YET we buy those jeans, buy that coffee daily, spend hours on screen time etc... It's about prioritising what is important to you, and understanding that investing in your health is important and should be a top priority.
