5 YEARS OF FCP! 🥹🌿🎈

What a year it’s been!!

We have experienced so much growth this year, as a team and as individuals, and as a business too.

To say congratulations to Michelle for another year in business would be an understatement..

Michelle you are so much more than a boss, you are our friend and mentor, you are the rock that keeps this place thriving and the person who cares for everyone’s wellbeing (sometimes above your own!)

Thank you for making this clinic what it is - a warm little sanctuary, a place for people to feel safe and well, and a bloody great place to work.
We hope you have all enjoyed the last 5 years as much as we all have, welcoming so many new faces along the way/

We finish up our 2025 with bursting hearts over here.

There’s nothing more to say than thank you to our incredible community, our outstanding physios and team, and to Michelle for being the legendary boss/human that she is.

Feeling all sorts of festive around here ✨☺️🎄

Our lovely Jo made these cuties for us to decorate the Christmas tree outside of all the local Normi businesses.

As we draw close to our closure date for the year (Tuesday 23rd December is our last day in clinic) we are feeling all the love from our clients after another amazing year.

We are so pleased to welcome this angel human to our FCP fam.

Jo is not only a member of our Pilates community and a regular in here, she is actually Hannah’s Mother-in-law! We are keeping things close to home 🤪😉

We welcome Jo and her years of experience working within the health and allied health realms, caring for providers and patients alike in her previous role in community care.

Jo has organisation skills up her sleeve, she brings a wealth of knowledge in the world of referrals management and sprinkles her magic all over this place to support Jess in Hannah’s absence.
(This includes the best baked treats in the world 🥰)

PLEASE WELCOME ELISE TO OUR FCP FAM!
🌿✨🥰❤️🌊🌞🌻🏕️🙌🏽☺️

Our newest Physio has officially landed EEEEK 🤭

Elise brings an absolute tonne of knowledge and experience in all things rehab related, having spent a chunk of her career helping people recover from injuries, offering unmatched post-op care.

She has spent time fine tuning her abilities in strength and conditioning, in ACL rehab/recovery and enjoys a good sports/running related injury too! 🙌🏽

Elise has a beautiful warmth about her and many tales about her travels around Australia. After beautiful and enriching hiatus, she is ready to plant some roots and sink into this wonderful community 🌞

We know you’ll feel safe and cared for in her hands- welcome to the team Elise, we are absolutely pumped to have you here ❤️

You’ll see Elise both in clinic and in the Pilates studio so be sure to give her a lovely warm welcome x
