• Has experience in service delivery within the disability sector
• Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with participants (SIL and in-home) and their families
• Coordinate and oversee personalised support arrangements
• Assemble, guide, and support participant support teams
• Manage incidents and follow appropriate escalation and reporting processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Manage rostering and scheduling for participants under your workload
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders

A simple question that’s rarely asked in Shared SIL:

“Who is this placement actually working for?”
