WHAT is Kinesiology? Kinesiology is a natural therapy that used a method called muscle testing to ask the body what is causing a stress response and then asks the body how to shift the stress so that the individual can restore balance to their overall wellbeing.
Kinesiology gives the body an opportunity to heal imbalances across a very broad range including those related to negative emotions, stress, nutrition or minor injuries and their effects by helping coordinate the proper health of our nervous system and brain hemispheres. A key question I like to ask is any treatment is “where are you now, and where would you like to be?”
