Older nurses and midwives in the workplace

Hello everyone,
I've been on a bit of a hiatus as we relocated—not just to a new home, but to a new state—so my research had to be temporarily placed on the back burner.

I'm now reaching out again to follow up on your stories and experiences as older nurses and midwives in the healthcare workforce. Have there been any changes or improvements since we last connected?

I'm also keen to hear from nurses and midwives who, based on my earlier research, may now have transitioned into the older worker age group. Your insights would be incredibly valuable as I continue this work.
