As we wrap up the year, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Rebound Remedial Massage and Myotherapy throughout 2025. Moving into our third year, I’m truly grateful for every client who has trusted in my process—even when I’m thinking out loud to work out the best results for you!

Before we step into an exciting 2026, it’s time for a well-earned break.
Friday, December 19th will be my final day in the clinic for 2025 — which means there’s just one more week to squeeze in those last-minute appointments!

I have 1 appointment left this week at 1pm Wednesday at this point. Monday next week is pretty full but plenty of availability Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday so jump online and find yourself a time that suits.

Hi Everyone,
It's time for me to have another little break so I will be closed from September 15th to 21st. Book in this week to get in before then.

I will also be changing my hours slightly with a bit more availability on a Monday morning but a shorter day on Fridays. This change will come in to affect after my leave.
