Our Exercise Physiologists have undergone further studies after finishing their university degrees to focus on pregnancy, birth and beyond. They work alongside our Women's Health Physiotherapists for best outcomes.

Exercise can reduce risk of pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, excessive weight gain and low back pain.
Mentally, being active can reduced the risk of depression and improved overall well-being. It is great for the baby too because it reduces the risk of newborn complications and childhood obesity! Win!
