So today with Charlie in my thoughts to help heal my client I set up my room. A personal playlist, crystal,oracles ,flower and a small reading for her to take home.

This is the first Reiki principle
Notice how many worrying thoughts move into your mind daily.
Each time a worrying thought enters your thoughts, acknowledge it and send it away.
Replace the worry with a gentle breath of stillness
Move your thoughts to your heart and breathe
Feel your heart beating

There is so much 'worry' being projected from social media.

If you are holding space for your family, your staff,a work colleague, a friend, a client, a neighbour, an animal please remember to take time to reset your energy by returning to stillness by placing your hands on your heart and just breathe.
Bare feet on the earth along with the suns healing rays help you reconnect to joy
Release your worries by asking the Angels,Ascended Masters or guides to take them away.
You will feel lighter and brighter, just trust the process.
Remember to hold space for yourself.
