• Bite on the gauze
• Change it if needed
• It usually stops in a few hours

You may feel:
• Mild pain
• Swelling
• Tender gums (this is part of the healing process).

Also helps the healing process to:
• Eat soft foods
• Use an ice pack
• Rest for the day
