Michelle started with us in April last year, coming from a background of running, 1-2 hours per day four days a week and spinning/rebounder 2 days a week. The goal was to step outside her comfort zone into a sport and hobby that was completely new for her - bodybuilding and competing.
Short term, Michelle wanted to learn how to eat and train to become a competitor - so, we focused on building the foundational habits, knowledge and lifestyle of a bodybuilder.
This meant periods of uncomfortability in the build, learning the skills of training form and intensity, rest and recovery, adjustments to food choices and meals, calorie intake and reshaping mindsets, for growth.
These photos show the start of the journey in April 2023 to August this year, 16 weeks into her cut to stage and first ever competition.
This level up as a first time competitor and athlete, is insane - the changes made over the year building, and refining, show just what can be achieved when you dedicate yourself to a process.
