With Christmas and New Year Festivities now in full swing, and Cheese Platters being one of the most popular items on the table we feel that now is a good time to remind everyone that, far fom being a "naughty food" Cheese is not only a good source of healthy fats and protein, it is full of vitamins and minerals which are essential to good health✅
The protein hit from the cheese will also leave you filling fuller for longer and, whilst we don't expect you to hold back on some of the sweeter treats at this time of year, you will be less likely to overload on all of those overly processed and sugary foods - the actual "naughty foods"!
So......enjoy, and don't forget to say "Pass The Cheese Please" (and if you love your fruit, don't forget to add some delicious berries for added Vitamin C)🧀 🫐
