Back with my soul family in Bali gathering more knowledge and experiences.… 🤍

Tonight I experienced the Ocean Purification Full Moon Ceremony, held one day before the Full Moon. There was something so grounding about being guided through a ceremony that holds both deep spiritual meaning and intentional healing.

This ceremony is centred around cleansing — of our chakras and specifically, five kinds of problems: medical and non medical problems, mind and emotional problems and financial problems. A full release across all layers of self.

We begin by praying to Ocean God, Baruna God for cleansing the problems, and then to Moon God, Chandra God for charismatic energy and abundance. Unlimited!!

From there, we enter the ocean — allowing the water to cleanse, clear, and move through what we are ready to release, both physically and energetically.

To close, we pray again in gratitude, giving thanks for receiving future abundance.

A beautiful reminder of the power of intention, ritual, and connection — to something greater, and back to self 🤍

So grateful! 🙏🌕✨️

We’re so quick to move into a new month… to set goals, shift energy, and focus on what’s next.

But before we do that — there’s something really important we often skip.

Reflection.

Not just thinking about the month… but truly meeting yourself in it.

Because you are not the same version of you who stepped into this month.

You’ve moved through things.
You’ve learnt things.
You’ve been stretched, softened, challenged… and grown.

Even in the moments that didn’t feel like growth at the time.

Reflection is one of the most powerful practices I share and embody —
because it allows you to see yourself clearly, honour your journey, and carry a deeper awareness forward.

It’s where the growth lands.

So before you step into a new month… an invitation to pause.

My practice this afternoon 🧘‍♀️… with Roxie doing her thing 😅😚

People often share with me, “I can’t meditate… I can’t switch off. The thoughts are too loud”

But you don’t need to switch off...
It’s not really about sitting in deep silence — it’s about taking time for quietness and connection with yourself (whatever that looks like for you).

It’s allowing the distractions to come and go (hello Roxie 🐾), using your breath as an anchor to gently return to yourself and the present.

𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗬
𝘜𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯, 𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
This is a time to tie up loose ends as you near the completion of a cycle or project and mastery of a lesson or skill. Before you can move forward, it's important that you come to terms with where you are now. Practice radical acceptance. Take inventory so that emotional and psychological closure can occur and the answers you seek will be found. You can't move forward if you are leaving things unfinished. Reflect on what has passed so that symphony can finally end on a high note.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Moving on is difficult when love lingers, things are left unsaid, and you haven't had the opportunity for closure in your relationship and in your heart. You can still feel bound up in relationships when closure is denied to you. It's important to achieve this for yourself. Write that letter, make that call or have that conversation. For peace of mind, accept matters as they are, make amends if need be and declare your feelings, if only to yourself. Be clear about what was left unresolved, and close the door on the past so you can set yourself free. Only then can new love blossom.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Make sure you complete projects now before starting new ones. Perhaps you have created something special that will increase your sense of abundance and bring you opportunities for wealth. However, if you don't see it through, it won't add up to anything but more clutter. Now is the time to put your nose to the grindstone and complete the tasks that have accumulated. Pay your bills, sign the documents, do your filing, hand in an assignment, complete a work of art. Tie up loose ends so you can move forward with surety, knowing that you're on a prosperous path and feeling refreshed and excited about the future.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
When unfinished business casts a shadow over your life, it is a reminder that procrastination is a form of self-sabotage. It is not in your best interest to stall. Even stumbling forward is better than holding back. Don’t overthink things or let yourself get distracted - just tie up any loose ends and deliver the results. Don’t quit before the finish line. Spirit wants you to win.

Spirit sends you signs when you ask for them; when you believe you will receive them; and when you allow yourself to become fluent in the language of symbols, oracles, and omens. They may come to you as a bird flying by, a logo on a truck, and a song on the radio. Expect confirmation that you’re pointed in the right direction. Keep your ears open, for someone might say just the right thing that will give you the answer to your query. Today your message is this: Spirit hears you, and the reply is favourable.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Opposing forces come together to create a turbulent atmosphere. But consider the value of chaos that serves you well, as you become unmoored by it. Scattered to the winds, you leave behind the parts of yourself that you no longer need and disperse seeds to reinvent yourself anew. Although the conflict appears to exist externally, its essence is also internal, projected outward and causing disarray. You may find yourself at cross-purposes with someone else, facing a storm you feel you can't control. Yet every storm passes, and chaos leads to a reordering of things. Conflict provides a way to see more than one side of a situation. Look upon this as just a moment in time when you may need to take shelter and step away from the fray. Don't be too eager to fight. This is a time to understand rather than be understood.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Stubbornness is keeping you in a state of opposition. The incessant need to be right will only serve you to prolong the conflict that deep down you want to be resolved. This is an opportune moment to learn about your values, your sense of self and what's really important to you. Some things are non-negotiable. If that's true, it's not necessary to fight. Can you find a way through the stormy emotions to higher ground? Soon the air will clear, and you will be in a much better place than before, for the storm will have passed, blazing a new path for new growth in its wake. Things can become electric and enlightened - always better than before – if you use this time constructively.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Circumstances appear to be chaotic, but everything that is happening now is in truth shaking things up so you can find the real path to your prosperity. Yes, it's a stormy time and it feels as if there are opposing forces wherever you turn. Be reassured that there is Divine purpose in this chaos. Everything that doesn't work is being taken from you so the truest part of yourself remain. The events occurring now are essential for your ultimate prosperity. This chaos is Divinely inspired even though it doesn't appear that way. In time you will know this to be true.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
This is an advantageous moment to restore order and recognise the opportunity for negotiation. Even in the seeming chaos, there is a kind of Divine order, a complete re-sorting of elements. This is powerful. If your intention is to find the best solution for the highest good of all, there is positive news: the timing is perfect. Things are already stirred up, so don't be afraid to jump into the mix. You will discover everything you need to know about how this situation affects you long-term. Be present in the eye of chaos. This moment is valuable. Don't waste it.

Every item out of place natters away at you. Every unresolved resentment, and every comparison to others leads to a sense of lack, and takes up energetic space. Every unpaid bill just adds up to an unnecessary feeling of being overwhelmed. Now is the time to free yourself by energetically cleaning house. Just do it! Make room for the miracles that are lining up for you.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Time to clear the air, take a look at your side of the street, and say what’s on your mind. Sweep away the old stuff so that a spring breeze can flow through to do an inventory of your dynamics and see what’s yours – and what’s not yours – to clean up the relationship. Everyone brings some baggage. Sort through what you brought with you and let go of what is no longer needed. Become unencumbered and your relationship will flourish.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Simple things like opening your mail, paying bills, sorting out your timetable, making lists, and getting organised are what this symbol means when it comes to your work. Make time for yourself, too. This card is a sign you may be overburdened and overwhelmed. It’s okay to say no. You’ll prosper even more if you do.

Is it possible that you may be focusing too much on other people right now? Trying too hard to be helpful? Does taking on what belongs to others make you feel needed or desired? Perhaps you think it is your calling to relieve people of their burdens, but what is the cost to you, and to them? Don’t clean up someone else’s side of the street. You’re not helping by freeing them from responsibility. You’re also not doing yourself any favours, and you might be adding an even greater strain. You are loved as you are. You don’t need to be needed to be loved.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
The Serenity Prayer sums up the meaning of this card: “Grant me the serenity to accept things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” There are things in life you will never have control over. The conditions brought on by the evolution of the collective, by nature and by your past experiences may be fated, preordained by spirit for a greater purpose you cannot understand in this lifetime. It may not be in your cards to understand why certain events occurred, but you can accept the mystery and work with what those events and your current circumstances have to teach you. This is the wisdom contained in the Serenity Prayer.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Other people are who they are. You can't change them. The challenge is to accept them as they are and not to try to make them otherwise to suit you. This is a time to look at how you attempt to mould people to fit your view of how they should be, so you can remain in the relationship and avoid discomfort. What if who they are, and whatever is happening between you and them in this situation, is perfect from the perspective of Spirit? Now is the time to accept what you cannot change, even if it means that you honour yourself, Spirit and the other person by moving on. Love unconditionally - for each of us is on our own journey and we cannot direct that of another. Be aware that this relationship is indeed fated, and you are meant to evolve into a better version of yourself as a result of it.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
Your experiences concerning prosperity and abundance are beyond your personal control right now. You are being invited to accept “what is” and unreservedly. This could be a temporary situation, seemingly thrust upon you by outside forces, but there is an underlying purpose you can't see that has been determined by the Fates. It could be a situation you are unprepared for and you may not understand how it will benefit you in the moment. Do not fight the situation. Ride it out and see where it leads. Surrender to it, and the serenity you need to make good choices from here on out will be given to you. You will flourish.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲:
It is difficult to understand why painful things happen to good people. Fate is a mystery, after all. Yet what we do with our circumstances, the way in which we respond to life challenges is how we rise up to greet our destiny. Now is one of these times to be aware of your powerlessness to change certain situations and surrender to acceptance. Hang in there. Life will only get better. Act as if you believe that, for the only thing you can control right now is your attitude. When you align with the Fates, be mindful of what you can and cannot change, serenity will come to you.
