Your Body Isn’t Broken It’s Just Rusty

Ever tried opening a gate that hasn’t moved in months?

At first it barely budges
It creaks
It feels like something is wrong with it

But usually the gate isn’t broken

Your joints often behave the same way

When we sit more, move less, skip workouts, or repeat the same patterns all day, certain joints stop moving the way they should
