Sudsy Socks would like to apologise and clarify a few details. Due to a conflict, we would like to make this statement.
While we try our best to accommodate everyone's needs at Sudsy Socks, sometimes we are unable to do everything.
Due to a breakdown in communication it has been brought to our attention we may not have been clear enough on what services we can and cannot provide. We have terms and conditions stating our services and whilst we are understanding that these often go unread, we would like to restate what these are.
At this point in time Sudsy Socks cannot wash or iron items such as: Cushions, pillows, curtains, mattress toppers, carpets, rugs, outdoor and rubber backed mats, shoes, helmets, bags, backpacks, lunch boxes, soft toys, pet bedding, pet accessories, soiled pet items, cloth nappies, anything with bodily or animal waste such as vomit, blood, or faeces. Medical waste including but not limited to syringes, needles, sanitary products, bandages, or hazardous material. Items such as hats, quilts, blankets, doonas and duvets can be washed upon negotiations.
At Sudsy Socks we value our staffs mental health and safety therefore we will not tolerate abuse or guilt to our staff by anyone. If this occurs, it will result in an immediate termination of services.
We would also like to remind our wonderful community that our time is scheduled, and even though we absolutely love to help you, we cannot possibly over commit our staff to meet every demand.
