🤩 INTRODUCING DR ROBERTO SPINA 🤩

Over lockdown something special has been in the works at Coastal Cardiology! We are absolutely delighted to welcome Dr Roberto Spina to the team.

Dr Spina is a well known cardiologist on the Central Coast, joining the Staff Specialist team at Gosford Hospital in 2019. He is the Director of the Cardiac Cath Laboratories at GDH and made a significant contribution to the operation of the 24/7 primary percutaneous coronary intervention service for the Central Coast.

Dr Spina has admitting rights at Gosford Public Hospital, Wyong Public Hospital, Gosford Private Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital.

Dr Spina performs procedures such as angiograms, PCI/stents, rotational atherectomy and TAVI’s.

Dr Spina will be consulting at both our North Gosford and Tuggerah locations from mid-November 2021.

A very big welcome to Dr Spina!

Today the team at Coastal Cardiology were gifted the most delicious box of treats from local cupcake extraordinaire Cakes By Kyla as a part of her pay it forward initiative.

The team here have been working very hard and this not so little treat put a not so little smile on the face of all our staff. What a wonderful way to end the week.

UPDATE | An additional seven local residents have tested positive to COVID-19.

Three of the cases are linked to previously notified cases. The source of infection for the other four cases is under investigation. All seven cases were in the community while infectious.
