Mandarins anyone? My boughs are a laden and you are welcome to make good use of this sweet overflow of juicy abundance. The brushies have clearly had their fill.

Last night a really cool thing happened at the shamanic journey, some of the journeyers decided to create an expression of their intent before the journey began and then added to their creative expression after the drumming stopped. I've never seen anyone do this before and I love it!! The results were fantastic. Thanks for shifting the boundaries people, you're just fabulous.

WALK TO THE BEAT OF YOUR OWN DRUM. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸͺ˜πŸ‘βœ¨

Next journey is on 21st June at Bamboo Buddha, Holgate.

I'm feeling a heartfelt gratitude from last night to the magical souls who entered into the Shamanic Journey flowing with the rhythms of Mother Earth and gentle guidance of Father Sky, receiving the blessings and healings from the ancestors and remembering themselves back home into the wisdom of their own hearts. πŸ₯°πŸ™

A beautifully healing and insightful evening weaving together each other's stories and spirit through unique soul pathways.

If you feel the call to enter more deeply into your own healing, the next Journey is on Friday 10th May at 6:30pm.

Another adorable expression of nature blessed my presence this morning with a gorgeous praying mantis explosion from the cocoon on the Monstera. (not grasshoppers!)

The praying mantis is the younger of ancient insects. With ears on their bellies (listening from the gut) and 3 eyes, they can turn their heads 360 degrees, keeping watch of the world around them. This makes them master hunters; camouflage, speed, stealth, precision, stillness, patience, agility and stereo vision make them highly effective hunters in the insect world, eating their pray alive. Some females eat the head of their partner during mating and then some males continue to mate for over 12 hours without heads. This all sounds aggressive to me but I see them as insects that live in gratitude πŸ™πŸΏπŸ«ΆπŸΏπŸ€Ž

Today I met a crab in the bathroom of a house in Woongarrah that had been unoccupied for many months. It couldn’t tell me its story but I decided to take it to the ocean and watched it side step under a rock ledge. Thankyou universe for your cute adventures.

Do you need some crab medicine today: Crabs have been on earth for 200 million years. Their exoskeleton protects them from predation and their claws make them powerful fighters and once they get a hold of something they hardly let go. Their gills and lungs make them versatile for living on land and in water and they can side step out of unwanted situations. Their eyes on stalks make it possible to see around 360 degrees. Once their shell becomes too small it cracks and allows the crab to grow. This is a vulnerable transition of growth and transformation. πŸ¦€πŸ§‘πŸ’₯😎

Guidance, teachings, and healings are all part of the path of conscious growth. However, unless you are prepared to do the work, to willingly unlock what is stuck and take responsibility for your spirit's well-being, it's very difficult to integrate and gain growth from one's core.

That old saying of 'feel the fear and do it anyway' has some merit.

We need to grow at our own pace (it's not a competition) and being pushed too hard may create blocks and locks.

When we are ready, we will likely feel the fear, but we will also feel a core sense of determination and in that integration of what we learn can go deep.

The key is not lost.
We just need to re-remember where we put it via determined intention.

Blessings ✨
