Professional Development | Schema Therapy with Dr. Robert Brockman 🧠

Our team at Edmonds Psychology had the privilege of attending a full-day workshop on Schema Therapy with renowned clinical psychologist and international trainer Dr. Robert Brockman. This enriching event was hosted by the Central Coast Branch of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

We’re proud to share that our Clinic Director, Nicola, currently serves as the Central Coast Branch Chair and Nicole and Rebecca committee members. Our clinic plays an active role on the committee—supporting initiatives that bring world-class training opportunities to our local professional community.

Workshops like this not only strengthen our clinical skills but also reinforce our commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and cutting-edge therapeutic care to the individuals and families we support.

A big thank you to Dr. Brockman for an inspiring and practical day, and to the Central Coast APS team for making it all possible.

📚✨ Continuous learning, collaboration, and connection—so we can better support your mental health journey.

✨ Giving Back with Heart: Supporting We Care Connect ✨

At Edmonds Psychology, we believe in the strength of community and the power of giving back. That’s why we’re proud to support We Care Connect, a grassroots charity making a real difference for vulnerable children and families on the Central Coast.

We Care Connect provides essential items—like clothing, car seats, cots and prams—to local families doing it tough. Their work is practical, compassionate, and deeply needed 🐻 🌈

We’re honoured to support this incredible charity and invite others in our community to get involved—whether by donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word

📚 Professional Development Day with Dr. Ross Greene! 🌱

The last two days some of our team at Edmonds Psychology had the incredible opportunity to learn from Dr. Ross Greene, diving deep into his transformative approach of shifting from power and control to collaboration and problem-solving for children and young people 🧠✨

At Edmonds Psychology, we believe in the power of evidence-based interventions to create meaningful change. Staying informed with the latest research and practices ensures we provide the best possible care for the individuals, families, and communities we support. 💙

Continuous learning is essential for our psychologists to grow and evolve for the needs of those we have the privilege of supporting. Thank you, Dr. Greene, for your insights and inspiration! 🙌
