Power Yoga North Haven

HI people
Yoga is on tomorrow and Saturday 7am this week for the very last time.
It has been a well needed growth period the last 2yrs for myself and everyone who has become a regular at yoga. Without you girls I would have come to this point earlier. But this year I must stop teaching and pick up my own practice again in this and other areas. I'm very appreciative of our core groups support and achievements. I hope you all continue your practice for your own health! I may pick it up next summer? And I will definitely miss the winter sunrises!
Once again Thank You all and a great year to you all.
