One of the benefits of colocation with Patrick Street Psychology is the ability to share capacity for serving clients with 2 other psychologists: Shirin Fernandez and Katherine Turner.

Stephen Pinkus B.Sc, Grad Dip Couns Psych, MPsych, MAPS

Stephen has worked with children and families for most of his professional career, which started more than 35 years ago. He has practiced in a number of settings, including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, the Family Court and Psychiatric Hospitals as well as being in private practice for many years. He has sat on various boards and committees, both state and national. Currently, his areas of interest include su***de and self-harm, relationship problems, and survivors of abuse. Stephen has had a long interest in working with people and systems. He has balanced clinical work with training, teaching, and supervising other therapists.

Ann Stark BA (Hons), FAPS

Ann Stark was a founding member of the Psychology Centre and has been in private practice there for over 32 years. Before this, she was Director of Court Counselling for the Family Court of Australia in Tasmania. Her principal interests lie in working with couples and families and in the management of occupational stress and the aftermath of trauma. She was on the Psychology Board of Australia and an Honorary Associate of the School of Psychology, University of Tasmania.

Established in 1987 by a group of experienced psychologists, the Psychology Centre has provided a wide range of evidence-informed psychological services for the Tasmanian community since that time.
