Hello, my name is Bel and I am a former competitive cyclist and mountain biker. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness, which is why I have always strived to provide quality, person-centered therapy truly believe that remedial massage therapy can help you achieve positive outcomes in your daily performance, physical function, emotional wellbeing, injury management and prevention, health and wellbeing. I am excited to be able to help you on your journey to with remedial, sports or relaxation massage therapy.

​My clients include people of all levels who participate in road cycling, mountain biking, track cycling, and cyclocross and athletes from a variety of different sporting interests. I have also worked with everyday individuals seeking to improve their health and wellbeing, cancer survivors, swimmers, dancers, runners, nurses, tradesman, parents, and others looking just to relax.
