F*ck me, stop making fat loss more confusing!! 🤦🏼‍♂️

This one is for all the coaches out their marketing fat loss BS that does NOT matter for 90% of people, and they know it.

If you don’t have your habits, protein intake, plant intake and sleep hygiene in check, you do NOT need to worry about “carb timing for fat loss”!

You simply have bigger fish to fry!

The funny part is that carb timing doesn’t even change your fat loss progress… it just can help improve your performance and recovery in the gym.

Diet smarter. Diet with less BS.

Better late than never 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m not a fan of trends so wasn’t going to get on board with it haha.

But then looking over photos it was a pretty pivotal year for myself and FPS.

I had been a PT for 4-5 years. Now doing 60-70 sessions each week.
At this point I was pretty much living at the gym… .statham loved it… not! Haha

But I do believe these 9 years on the gym floor have given me skills in the online coaching space that really are invaluable.

2016 was the year I really dived deeper into strength training, powerlifting, nutrition and specialising in the female space.

✅ First powerlifting client (at PTC)
✅ First bikini comp client (INBA)
✅ Multiple GL Challenge Winners

It was a huge year of growth and success.

My interest in nutrition grew more and more from this point.

The sad thing?

I am still seeing the same BS said online that I did back in the day in the gym.

I have been pushing for females to be lifting weights, getting stronger and to eat more protein for 10+ years now….

And it’s not changing!

I am bringing those 2016 vibes into 2026 and we are crushing more nutrition and strength training BS!

Imagine if you made that one decision that changed everything for you in 12 months time.

That’s exactly what Andressa did last year.

She finally said NO to strict meal plans, food rules and being told to cut out chocolate.

Instead we built habits and a plan that worked around HER busy life.

She had flexibility with her eating, travelled overseas, ate chocolate, drunk alcohol and finally enjoyed the process!

She is now starting the year down 9.5kgs and fitting into those clothes she thought she would never be able to, stronger and confident AF! 🔥

Does protein intake even matter?

Of course it bloody does!

But if your goal is to gain muscle or muscle retention, especially while in a deficit, you better hope you are training HARD!

How many reps you do, doesn’t really matter…

But if you want to improve how you look and get stronger WHILE dieting, then you better be taking those sets to an RPE 7-10 / RIR 0-3.

Simply put, close to failure or at failure! 💪🏽
