The fear mongering over cortisol spiking from coffee on an empty stomach is crazy.

Yes caffeine will spike cortisol…
No this acute spike is not harmful or bad!!

Because a cortisol spike from caffeine is normal and functional, not something to fear!

It is short lived and there is no proven harmful effect on health or performance!

So have your coffee black or with milk, just never with butter!

Have it on an empty stomach or with food, it doesn’t matter!

It’s a late one, but a fiery one 🔥

Not sure if the traffic from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast with 2 kids in the car or influencers with no qualifications selling “fitness programs” fires me up more but here we are 🤣

Let’s just be clear!!

To “tone and sculpt” which requires you to build lean muscle and drop body fat, you MUST lift weights!

No matter how fancy the body weight exercise is you ain’t toning s**t!

So stop falling for theee money grabbing BS “programs or challenges” that feel “hard”, but just selling you false promises!!

Sorry but if you are struggling with stubborn body fat…
no supplement is going to save you!

Calorie deficit > “Fat loss Supplement”

If you’re still eating too much food, no pill, detox, or powder will fix that 🙅🏼‍♂️

Fat loss happens when you consistently eat less than you burn, period. (You know the old calorie f* deficit)

The hard part?
➡️Staying consistent long enough → you need to stay in that deficit long enough to drop body fat
➡️Eating enough protein to protect muscle → you don’t want to lose muscle and be hungry AF
➡️Lifting weights so you actually look leaner → you don’t want to lose muscle and not be toned.

If your “diet” only works for 2 weeks before you cave… that’s not a you problem….

That’s a plan problem.
💥 Diet smarter.
💥 Keep your social life.
💥 Save your cash on BS supplements.

Feeling fired up today 🔥

Imagine telling someone who has lost 8kgs, dropped a heap of body fat and cms (look at the photos)…
Plus is feeling the best they have in years, is stronger, fitter, healthier and confident AF…

That others lost 8kgs in 6 weeks and the must be doing something wrong…. 🤬🤬

It doesn’t matter how much weight you have lost or do lose or how long it takes you, progress is progress!

Only EVER compare your progress and results with yourself, f* others!

Focus on you and your progress. Keep training hard. Stay consistent with your nutrition. Keep showing up for you an your family.
