The sooner you realise you can eat the foods you enjoy and still lose body fat the sooner you see long term results!

Less fear and guilt will result in a better relationship and understanding of these foods.

Don’t eat a block of chocolate or a tub of ice cream.

Just work some into your daily calories, enjoy it and enjoy the fat loss 🔥

Firstly, stop sh****ng on eggs on toast.

Secondly, if we can eat what we enjoy and still lose body fat, why is eggs on toast now a s**t option???

Sorry just confused and lost. Like I am sure you all are.

STOP trying to get your protein, carbs and fats to hit to the gram every day! 🤦🏼‍♂️

In fact stop trying to hit all of them.

Just focus on hitting a minimum protein intake daily 👌🏽

This and your calorie target range is most important.

** note just try to have some carbs pre and post training.

Knowledge isn’t your problem ❌

Even though the last 2-3 coaches told you that you aren’t disciplined enough, don’t want it enough, not willing to make the sacrifices for it…. (F*cking flogs)

These muppets just keep pumping you with more “information” and guilt that doesn’t help at all!

The 2 areas you keep f*cking up with your calorie deficit!

You know you have to be a deficit to lose body fat, but it’s how you find this number and then how you approach/track to this number.

Fix these two areas and watch your consistency sky rocket 🚀

If you are sitting there still thinking what you can do for breakfast tomorrow make sure you save this!

The most simple and fast high protein breakfast options 👌🏽

Smoothie - protein powder, oats, frozen berries, honey or peanut butter (change serving size to fit your calories)

On the go - 2 x protein pouch yoghurts, 1 x piece of Fruit, 1 x piece of bread with spread of choice

Both of these can be adjusted to hit around 400-500kcals and keep you full and satisfied on a busy morning 🙌🏽

Remember, any breakfast is better than none!

But this is what happens when you know there is NO…
Good vs Bad foods.

That you CAN eat “processed” foods.

You need to stop falling for the lies and BS being fed to you.

A calorie deficit is WHAT drives fat loss.

80% should be most nutritious foods (whole)
20% can be more fun (processed)

You being consistent in your deficit while enjoying your eating is what matters more! (Results)
