FUFFR! “Same 24hrs in the day”….

Now I am still clearly recovering physically and mentally after the last 7 days…. 😂

But this statement needs to be stopped, it doesn’t help anyone!

You keep fearing carbs..
You keep cutting them out..

But you are still stuck not losing weight or body fat…

So are the carbs really to blame?

You are afraid to eat carbs, full of guilt when you do eat them which likely leads you to bingeing on them every time you do eat them…

Then you cut them out again and the cycle begins..

And this here is where the issue lies…

You fearing them, leads to guilt, leading to over consumption of calories (calorie surplus)

So the fat gain or lack of fat loss has come from your over consumption of calories, not the carbs themselves.

This is why you need to stop fearing them and start to learn how you can eat them in a balanced diet.

Carbs will fuel your training and are an important part of balancing your energy and hunger while dieting.

Stop cutting carbs 🙅🏼‍♂️
Start to learn how to eat and enjoy them, while still dropping body fat ✅

Which is better… 🤔

The question isn’t really which is better, because none are inherently “bad” for health or fat loss…

But one does stand out as an easy swap if you were wanting to reduce your caloric intake while still enjoying meals you enjoy.

Remember, you can eat all foods and still lose body fat…

But some choices just make reducing your calorie intake (putting you into a deficit) easier.

How you choose to create your deficit is up to you, but simple swaps like this can make is much easier.

So you are saying if I clean the block of chocolate it is now “clean” and okay to eat?

Remember a calorie deficit is the driver of fat loss, NOT how “clean” a food is!! 🤦🏼‍♂️
