F*ck me, stop making fat loss more confusing!! 🤦🏼♂️
This one is for all the coaches out their marketing fat loss BS that does NOT matter for 90% of people, and they know it.
If you don’t have your habits, protein intake, plant intake and sleep hygiene in check, you do NOT need to worry about “carb timing for fat loss”!
You simply have bigger fish to fry!
The funny part is that carb timing doesn’t even change your fat loss progress… it just can help improve your performance and recovery in the gym.
