Recycling those blister packs just got a little easier now that Flora & Fauna joined forces with TerraCycle!!! With daily use of Medicinal herbs, nutritional supplements, medications, lozenges, etc they can accumulate fast, but why can't they simply be thrown into the recycling bin 🤔 Blister packs are classed as 'Rigid Plastic' due to being a mixture of plastic and foil which can be hard to separate making them difficult to be recycled. But in these modern times, modern solutions have made it simple and easy to recycle almost anything. Read their post to see how simple it can be to reduce your carbon foot print 💊🌱💊🌱

This is giant positive step in the right direction to reuse your plastics and reduce your carbon foot print. Reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill stops harmful pollution from destroying our unique ecosystem and wildlife. Some top tips to reducing your waste includes *recycle as much as you can {containers for change} *bringing your own bags when getting fresh vegetables and fruits *use your own paper bags with the scoop/weigh section *remember to bring your own bags when out n about *bring your own straws/cutlery/cups/plates/etc when going out (yes some places still let you do byo) *start a home compost *grow all or some of your own fruits and vegg *donate old cloths *refurbish old furniture *op shop *plus more

One question I get asked often is what can people use as a healthier alternative to coffee 🤔☕ Chicory Root Coffee tastes like your traditional cupper but doesn't have the caffeine kick and has many other health benefits.
A) Improves Gut Health: Chicory contains a good amount of the insoluble fibre 'Inulin' a prebiotic fibre that feeds the probiotics (aka good bacteria) in the Gastrointestinal tract.
